Sinara by Jyoti does not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind. Any exchange or refund will only be considered if the mistake is from our end, supported by proof provided by the customer.

Orders Once Placed Cannot Be Cancelled Under Any Circumstance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. for any defective products returns should be made within 4-5 days. In case of damaged goods, the refund will be processed only if supported by a full unboxing video showing the package opening, without cuts, filters, or editing. Without this proof, Sinara by Jyoti will not process the refund.

Note: Refunds or exchanges will not be considered for size issues.

Conditions for Refund

1. An unboxing video must include the name, address sheet, and bill of the order.
2. The video must be unfiltered, unedited, and without cuts.
3. Proof should be emailed within 24 hours of receiving the order to sinarabyjyoti@gmail.com.
4. Only the product amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Refund Credit Process
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Discounted and sale items are final and non-refundable.
