We deliver to all postal addresses across India. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please provide a complete and accurate street address, including the correct PIN Code.

Important Notes:

• Postal delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses are beyond our responsibility.
• Shipments to Colleges, Schools, or Hostels are at the customer’s risk. Refunds or credits will not be issued if the package is refused or not accepted at these locations.
• For special delivery dates, mention the preferred date in the gift message box when placing your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• If reshipment is required due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• Packages lost or misplaced due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will not be refunded or replaced.

Shipment and Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, including the courier company's website link and the expected delivery date.
